Colonia, Uruguay

Took the ferry across to Colonia in Uruguay for a couple nights. World Heritage site and for good reason. Very well preserved and I hadn't seen any spanish colonial in a few months. This place changed hands like 7 times between Portugal and Spain back in the day.

Tigre

Tigre is about a half hour north of the city but seems like a world away. Canals run everywhere making islands in the delta. Water taxis are the only way to many of the houses, hotels, and businesses. Portenos come in droves on weekends.

Recoleta

I had been to the cemetery in Recoleta before but didn't have a lot of time to spend. And this time I brought a camera. It's a unique feeling being there. Hard to explain. Not your ordinary cemetery.

Its like you could just disappear

Like you're constantly being watched

Still rehabbing

Martin "El Maquina" and Mark's last night before asia

This is the third time seeing "la Bomba del Tiempo"(time bomb). They never disappoint.

Crazy Teddie

Crazy Bear. Yes we resorted to drinking from bowls. Keepin it classy.

Why don't we have parks like this in the states?

Samia deeply focused on the work at hand

Amazing murals all over the walls and floors of the "Subte" throughout Buenoas Aires

Bear's birthday

Casa Rozada at night

Pearl Jam crowd

Ballman rocked up for the show

Random graffiti under some bridge. Its everywhere and some of it is pretty amazing. They have special tours. The picture doesn't do the detail any justice. And I must be some kind of badass because I can hold a skateboard? riiiight. Thought it was quite the cool shot though.
